Is that another symptom/problem with reflux, just latley when i blow my nose there is blood on the tissue, only a bit but its really bright red! worrying me now!
It could be the GERD is irritating the sinus tissues. Are you experiencing
any post nasal drip?
If so, irrigate the sinus with a Saline solution several times a day. Reflux and sinus issues go hand in hand.
