ok so i have this scab on my leg, and when it would bleed it was a normal medium red. i have been sick for about two days now with the flu, and when i picked my scab it bled an odd plum (almost black) purple-red. it was extremely dark. i was wondering if my illness has anything to do with the color of my blood. if it does, can anyone tell me why? i am very interested in medical issues =)
