What is this = every time I scratch (I have NO nails) the top on my arms from my elbow to my wrist ...blood comes under the skin. Right now I look like someone has beat me. It's only the tops of my arms from the elbow to my wrist area..nothing underneath or the upper part of my arms. I plan to go to the doctor tomorrow but what could this be...it's really got me worried. It almost looks like I'm on blood thinner and I am NOT...
