I really needed your help. I been exercising for 3 days now I have a very weird experience. If you are a professional fitness or exercise trainer or have a certificate please help me out. You see I just started excercising. 1st day I did weight lift for 45 minute and I drink low sugar high carbohydrate drink then later protein shake. I feel great. Then 1 hour went by ate rice and good protein meat. Then the next hour I feel irititaed, sad, depressed.
Then the second day I did weight lift for 20 minute of cardio and I drink low sugar high carbohydrate drink 30 minute protein shake. I feel great. Then 1 hour went by ate rice and good protein meat. Then the next hour I feel irititaed, sad, depressed, again.
o.k. now the third day is different and weird. weight lift for 45 minute and I drink low sugar high carbohydrate drink. I feel great like always. Then 1 hour went by ate rice and good protein meat. Then hour passed by I feel great and I don't feel iritated depressed sad any more like the last 2 days? I feel like a true fitness fanatic!? I don't have the best diet but I feel great! But my question is why the first 2 days I feel like trash after workout? then the next 3rd day i feel so great? could it be something got to do with blood sugar, or anything else i don't know? other people feel great already the first day exercise but i don't. it takes me until 3 days to feel the effect of exercise? can somebody solve the mystery?
