Blood clots in my face from "hidden" pimples

Well I have these two lumps under both of my eyes "about a cintimeter down"

And they are not noticeable unless I touch my face and they are about a cintimeter or two big.

I assume they are blood clots and Have ben told That it is very bad to have blood clots in your face.

Can anyone confirm if its bad or not, and if so what should i do to get rid of them effectively?
 
SounRAB like cystic acne. Maybe you should see a dermatologist, you'll need prescriptions to deal with it (if that's what it is).

Blood clots don't usually occur in or under the skin. They start in the heart and move through the arteries/veins. An injury, like a bruise, or an acne cyst that's popped beneath the skin, will sometimes fill with blood and that blood then clots - but it's not in the veins so it's not considered dangerous. It'll be reabsorbed by the body, just like a bruise fades away.
