Thank you for the excellent counter-point to Amid. I read cartoon brew daily(Just as I do rabroad's news), and I find it to be an excellent source for good shorts, animation history, and good commenters....but I can find Amid to be a bit....nihilistic? Maybe just negative, I don't know. I'm sure he's not as dour as he sometimes seems but...yeah. We're not doomed. Thanks for reminding me of that.
