I am doing some work on youtube, and would like to know how I can block out an image on a video? For example if I have a webcam conversation with someone that I have recorded and downloaded, and I would like to block out or blur one side the conversation, not the entire screen. How do I go about doing that? I have windows movie maker, will that work?
