Blocking Numbers Sony Ericsson?

I know you can go into the manage calls option and only accept phone number on list you create, but, is there a way to only block one number? Because, if someone calls me from a pay phone, store, or other location I don't have a number too, I wont get those calls. I just want to block one number. Is there an application I can install on my K790a or a feature/function that will allow me to achieve this?
