blocking chargable messages

i just added the free feature to block all chargeable messages for family's and im still receiving text? and so is my gf? wtf? that defeats the whole purpose...i was just wondering if this is just an isolated issue or if its a problem on the tmo side? anyone else have this issue?

no..no texting plan just unlimited bb plan..i will wait and see mabe your right it takes time to process.

OK, I'd wait till maybe tomorrow to see if you stop getting texts. If you don't, when you call cs, tell them when you added the service and they *should* be able to take the text charges off.

i should also call them cause i applied it last billing cycle. i think its just bs feature.

no i havent called them yet ill talk to them tomarrow when i go in for some free minutes and to pay my bill....i just let all my contacts know not to text me or my girl for now....ill keep you posted
