i have a 2006 Honda LEAD scooter 100cc...its been off road now for about a year and the battery is dead and i have suspicions that it it might have a blocked fuel line. Can anyone tell me how to manually clear it as i can not ride it to a garage to get it fixed and do not have a car with towing facilities

im unfamiliar with this scooter but using logic i suggest you get it sucked or blown out somehow. resist water to clean because it can cause rust if the line is metal and cause more issues. my best guess is to get a new line.... i would try a hanes manual for the model to teach you how to replace it. i wouldnt see why the fuel line would be the issue if its been sealed? or you been keeping your tank dirty? either way... you may have to take it in to check other components

A whole lot of carburetor cleaner down the fuel line and a lot of cranking is gonna be your best bet I think. After sitting that long the fuel in the tank and carb is closer to snot than gas. Get some fresh fuel to put in it also.
