I need to know what is going one! First the phone was saying "The person you are trying to call is not taking calls at this time" or something like that for 3 weeks. Then it started saying the standard "This is not a working number." Is it now disconnected? How likely is a person to first block incoming messages and then set up a disconnected phone number message? This is devious on their part.
I don't care if I am blocked, but I don't think I am. I tried calling from a calling card both before and after the messages changed, and I got the same message. So maybe they got a block for all incoming calls?
