Blockbuster online DVD rental - so far, so bad

I got a free trial from Blockbuster two weeks back.

I ordered Curb Your Enthusiam Series 3 (2 disc set).

Only 1 disc came but it was packaged in a 2-DVD case. Anyway, after watching it, sent it back.

Blockbuster then mailed me saying I haven't returned Disc 2 and they have sent everything back to me so I can place Disc 2 in the case.

Anyway, emailed them saying that they never actually sent Disc 2. I sent the returned items BACK to them this morning.

At the same time, they've mailed me saying sorry that I lost the items in the post and they are sending me the DVRAB AGAIN (even though I've just got rid of them this morning). They are also contacting Royal Mail regarding a loss in post claim. This is even though they never actually sent Disc 2 in the first place.

Is there a contact number for these monkeys so I can explain this to them over the phone. They've made a mess of my very first DVD order!! :mad:
