Block website visitors in asp.net?

well i want a code in asp.net through which i can block the individual persons through their IP addresses . .and will not allow them to come to my site to visit again..


i have wamp server also if u know coding through PHP then also u can let me know ..

if u have javascript through coding u can also let me know but i want it immediately ..
