block number on pearl?

i went to my blackberry pearl help and it said to go to Options > Call Barring and i should find it there but i don't even see Call Barring on my menu.

thus my question , is it possible to block a certain phone number on the pearl?
 
I believe that Call Barring is Carrier specific. I'm not sure if it's possible to block just a certain phone number without contacting your carrier.

I have T-Mobile and asked them the same thing... It's up to your carrier if they allow "call blocking"... in T-Mobile's case... they don't so they don't have that option available on their BB's they have. Not sure bout the other carriers...
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~its not an option for Verizn either. There's a program called Berry Blocker but I'm not sure if it works on the Pearl. You can try it free.
 
I use a simple but less effective method. You need to have their name and number in your phone still. Edit their address book info and set their custom phone tune to 'mute' or create a silent wav file to use. Its not a perfect fix, but it makes them easier to ignore.
 
Thanks for the tip, i always wonder if your able to do that with Tmo.
I think that should be a free feature on all carriers, and they should allow it. I know you ladies would love it....LOL
