Bloating, hot flashes, nausea and headaches after period? What could this be?

I got my period three days early on Oct. 26. I don't use any birth control because my boyfriend had a vasectomy over 10 years ago. I've been noticing bloating in my abdomen, hot flashes that come and go, nausea and almost daily headaches. What could be wrong with me?
I'm only 30 so I know this isn't menopause
