Bloating from "ANYTHING"

Hey everyone,

First of all thanks for having me on these boards. I'm posting in the general section because after doing some googling im still not sure what I should classify my issue as.

Here it is:

Last Tuesday (today is Sunday so its been 5-6 days) in the morning I had Orange Juice and Cereal (I remember). As far as I remember, and I could be wrong, I was fine until after I eat a Beef and Rice bowl along with a side of miso soup in the late afternoon. Ever since then I was very bloated and uncomfortable.

That night I used the restroom (very watery stool, diarrhea I'd say) maybe 3-5 times but I was still kinda bloated and at 1:30am I threw up and felt so much better.

The next day I went in to work, I ate a sandwich in the afternoon and for that day I did not use the restroom at all and in fact I don't remember feeling bloated (again I could be wrong but i think i felt fine that day).

So Thursday I think I also didnt feel too bad, I didnt have much to eat if I recall correctly.

Friday I did go to the bathroom a couple times (diarrhea like) though I have had solid stool as well it was kind of a mix. I hadn't thrown up since Tuesday (or Wed morning since it was 1:30am). Also felt a little bloated this day.

Yesterday (saturday) felt bloated because I ate a decent meal and that did it. Didn't throw up but used restroom (liquidy stool).

Today I ate two bananas, made a lemon and maple syrup with water drink and was totally fine. I was getting hungry and it was late in the evening so I finally ate some BBQ chicken/ rice with veggies/ and salad. I've been bloated ever since. I recently went to use the restroom, threw up (I could see of the food and it was yellowish I guess). I feel so much better now but this has been odd.

Could it be a stomach virus?

Sounds like you had a stomach virus and your stomach did not like the foods you ate, difficult to digest properly. Usually when you have a stomach virus eating a few crackers, applesauce, banana, etc. is easier on the stomach.
 
Hi, noted from your diary that your meals are not regular and that you do not appear to be drinking much water. What is your activity level like?
