Blinking Light when Ringing

It doesn`t work on my phone, whan i upload it to phone set on function 9 on aplication menu and someone phone me backlight switch off and then switch on only when i click some button, when i`ve changed time that when light should apperas and disaperas but it doesn`t work, can someone give me values that works on his phone?

Same here, the light goes on then off, but it doesn't go on again.

I suppose "blinking" should be light going on-off-on-off-on.... continuously, isn't it?

I would appreciate some hex values too.
