Blending Images/Photos?

Okay,

So I need some help...

I used paint.net, and I need to blend some images about three into one. I need just a regular blending banner.

I don't like the way paint.net blends..

I was wondering if anyone knew any free completely free programs that have an easy to blend feature.

I don't want anything that's not FREE
