blemishes

Help! I'm 60 yrs old and for the past month I have a small sore on my nose and a couple on my check. I'm not sure whats causing it and wondered if using a makeup sponge to put makeup on with could be causing it. I've heard sponges carry bacteria. Any suggestions?

it's possible but a dermatologist is best. a dirty sponge could cause that, but it may not have in your case and i dont want to worry u unnecessarily. a doctor is best to see. however, before u go to a doctor, see if after washing with extra soap on top of what u regularly use, if the blemish goes away. however, if it gets back after a day, see a doctor immediately, especially if it spreaRAB.
