started period 26 days ago heavy for 4 days then normal for 6 days then spotting everyday since could this be menopause as any one else had similar symptoms please reply if you have

Been for a scan got 6cm fibroid and a cyst on left ovary got appointment with gynocologist next week hope everything ok
