Bleeding after anal sex?

I recently had anal sex with my partner for the first time, while using a condom. The first stool that I had after words had some blood in the toilet and tissue. It was around 3 tablespoons. I noticed my matter had a grey tint on some parts. I went to the ER and the doctor done a CBC he said my white blood cell count came back a little high, but he wasn't going to worry. He also done a CT Scan he said that came out fine also. I have been worried about internal bleeding, do you think after almost 24 hours after it has happened then I would have noticed if I was internal bleeding? I'm thinking that it may be something simple as just a tear. The doctor prescribed me Lortab 5 for the cramps, and sent me home. I then came home to use the bathroom, and my stool is now so to say like mustard. No signs of blood, a few signs of grey however. My anal canal pain has also eased up, and everything seems to be feeling better down there. Now I'm just wondering about my stool, could it be that color yellow from all the contrast and iodine they pumped me full of? Please help, I don't have anymore funds to visit the ER again. r
