blastin bobs dual exhaust for a 2008 Dodge charger?

Which would sound better a 14 decibel or a 10 decibel dual exhaust by Blastin Bobs Exhasut systems on a 2008 Dodge Charger SE? Is the 14 decibel too loud? like illigally too loud? They are both the same price. Thanks
 
Depends on you, search for some youtube videos to compare. And I dont know the db limit. It might even be different in other states.
