Ok first you need to change your attitude. There is always something to do. Secondly, if your friends are boring, you might wanna try getting some new, exciting friends. You many wanna look into why your depressed. Here's a list of what you can do
1. Explore nature, get outside and play like you did when you were a kid
2. Prank calling (silly but fun)
3. Exercise
4. Daydream
5. Talking to interesting people (small children and old people are great)
6. Get a job if your old enough so you have something to do
7. Babysitting
8.Volunteering
9. Go places (musuems, parks, festivals, concerts, etc.)
10. Get on stumbleupon.com
11. blow some bubbles
12. Get creative and think of other things
13. Get online, and go on google and type in "things to do when your bored"
