Blade and soul console confirmation?

Does anybody know that blade and soul will officially make it available on the xbox and ps3. and does anybody know that it will be b2p or p2p? Im rooting for buy to play becuzz they will get a lot of support from fans like me, sicne its affordable unlike WOW who lost so many to korean mmo rpg games. ^^
