blade 4 what you think of that idea good or bad?

do you think blade 4 do you think we could do with another blade movie?

i wouldnt mind blade 4 seeing i loved blade 2 and 3 alot.
 
I liked the first two blade movies especially the first one but didn't like the third as it lacked a good story and was just non-stop action throughout.

A fourth one would be a good idea if they ignore that the third one happened as it was weak compared to the first two.
 
Two was enough. I agree with UltraViolet, the third was dreadful.

It would appear that following 'Trinity' the franchise was gearing up for a tv series without Wesley.
 
I watched Blade Trinity last night and although I heard a lot of people slating it for being terrible, I enjoyed it but it was not as good as the previous two.

As for Blade 4 - I thought Wesley Snipes had refused to do any more Blade movies due to something that happened during Trinity? I heard something of a spinoff, perhaps a movie or TV series but I have heard nothing more since Trinity was released at the cinema.
 
Blade Trinity was really bad. It was directed by Goyer (the writer of the Blade series and Batman Begins) which was a really bad idea. Blade became less of the central character, which in itself was stupid. Maybe this is why Wesley Snipes was pissed off. It's obvious there was SOME trouble somewhere.

Blade 2 was brilliant. I forgot just how great it is until I saw it on Ch4 recently. The funniest thing in the movie is when Whistler throws Blade's shades down to him after he's just cut Ron Perlman in half and he catches them and puts them on in one movement. Priceless. The fight scenes are incredible.
 
They've got progressively worse, with Blade 3 being awful, and Blade being pretty good. So if it continues, Blade 4 would just be a big waste of time and money.
 
Finally got up the nerve up to see Trinity on Sky at the weekend after so many negative reviews. It was bad but not as bad as I feared - what makes it poor is the baddies who are all pretty bland compared to Dorff and Goss. Drake looked like a He-Man action figure (weird to see the same actor now starring in Prison Break on Five).
Whistler's (final?) demise was atrociously handled as Blade didn't seem that bothered. I'm assuming that bit got cut. What makes the film watchable in a trashy way is the action sequences especially the final 20 minutes. They're 80 per cent of what made the films cool in the first place so in that respect it wasn't the turkey I'd been led to believe.
The TV series would be poor without Whistler but going by events in Trinity it would have to take place before it surely
I say give Blade a rest.
 
I thoroughly enjoyed the Blade movies. Although the original Blade was great it has to be said that Blade 2, IMO, was the best.Although Blade Trinity was not up to the standard of the others, i still enjoyed it. I thought Ryan ReynolRAB was really good in it, even though comic sidekicks usually annoy the hell out of me. :cool:

I hope there is another Blade movie made, if so i hope it is made more in keeping with the first two films, which are among some of the few films i can bear to watch more than once.
 
Hope they never make a sequel unless it completely ignores the crap that was number 3, or Goyer just sticks to writing it...because he screwed up his own films with his directorial debut on it, what with
killing off whistler in a crap way even tho all that effort went into bringing him back at the start of 2
side lining blade because of off screen disputes and giving the "night stalkers" most the movie and the crusty fight with the all powerful "Dracula" that was nowhere near as good as the nomak face off in 2 that and the ridiculous ending on both normal and extended editions of the movie...whole thing stank of poop...saying that I was still sad enough to buy it just to complete the trilogy :p ..heres hoping the TV series is better. :D
 
Yeah I am sad as well as I had to buy Trinity as well to complete the trilogy!
When Blade trinity was released the rumours were that there wasnt going to be a Blade 4 but instead a Nightstalkers film with Ryan ReynolRAB and Jessica Biel in it. Those plans was scrapped when Blade Trinty flopped badly so the decieded to go ahead with the TV show which is being shown in the US in June so we should see it before the end of 2006!
 
Baring in mind they actually killed off all vampires at the end of blade trinity, i thik it would be hard to make another film unles he was killling off other day walkers, otherwise TV series with them taking ok lycons

Not sure...as I can't remember to much of this celluloid travesty :D ..but I think!..that the contagion made to kill all the vamps off was limited to a certain distance and only killed those in a specific vicinity, and that they'd not had enough off the stuff to kill them all...still not sure that is right tho. :confused:
 
and i thought he had refused to do any more blade after blade 2 but then was taked into it, thats why his expression throughout the movie is 'i cant be bothered with all this trash!' :D
