Bladder infection,diabetes or strain?

I have been needing to pee about every 45 minutes for about 3 days now which is no my usual routine I can't think what it is my urine is no yellowed than usual but doesent smell or hurt to pee
I am a boy and also I was stacking alot
of fire wood the otherday so maybe a strain?? I sort of have a sore stomach
P.S HAVE NOT BEEN DRINKING ANYMORE FLUIDS THAN USUAL
