I am trying to download blackra1n jail break to my computer but this keeps coming up :

And then once i click "OK" The blackra1n program comes up and i click "Let it rain" like its asposed to do then once i do, the program fails. I have re-started my computer and tried downloading it and everything and i keep getting the problem.. Any suggestions?
