I got a BlackBerry Bold 9700 3 days ago and it was working fine until today. I couldn't connect to my home wifi with the reason saying "Network scan internal error". Ive tried other methods of connecting and I got "Failure to authenticate against the network".
I tried charging my phone with the wall charger but I notice that there is no lightning bolt showing on the battery showing that my phone is charging. And along with this issue, the clock keeps on opening and closing by itself. However I tried charging with the USB cable to my desktop and it worked perfectly but this will be hard if I am somewhere without computers.
Are they any solutions to my problems? This is a brand new phone and I don't think these problems should occur. I am not a phone / computer geek so please be patient with me. Thanks
