every time i try and connect my phone(blackberry tour 9630 with sprint service) to my computer to use it as a modem it says couldnt connect and to "check profile to make sure radio is turned on". i have a bold 9700 with t-mobile i used before switching to sprint and never had that problem, anyone know how to resolve the issue?
i have unlimited everything on the plan, Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling software on comp, ive done a battery pull and retried before and after reinstalling software...and still the same issue persists....HELP please! any would be greatly appreciated.
