Blackberry tour contact transfer?

I broke my last one's screen and now that my replacement came, i can't figure out how to recover my contacts. I had them on backup assistant at one point in time but that doesnt work on blackberry, i tried switching the storage cards and sim cards, idk what to do!
any help would be much appreciated.
