so i was updating my blackberry storm 9530 and then my computer froze so i had to restart it. now my computer doesnt recognize it and when i turn it on it takes me to a set up wizard and wether i put close or continue it says error something and then the menu comes out in a list and everything i pick it says error something not found . what do i do ?? and i do have desktop manager but it says disconnected even though it is connected. i currently have no network because i bought it from a friend and i was waiting to unlock it. and yes it was working perfect when i bought it.
