My blackberry has been acting wierd. Like for example, when I trr to watch a video on it, it always says error playing nd sometimes it says cannot play media while alert is active. It won't even play a sound when I get a text of call. I've sextuple checkeed that I have a ringtone selcted nd that its set to go off, but it won't work. When I click try it, it says that my ringtone is not available or spmething like that even if its a ring tone that came with the phone. Help please?
