Blackberry Storm or iPhone 3GS?

I made a bet w/ my mom that if I could pull off 80% in all my core subjects, i can get a iPhone. But now im making second guesses. I want a blackberry storm. Im sick of my blackberry curve 8330. Should i just settle with the storm? Or get the iPhone. HELP!
I travel out of Canada alot & i need a phone with a SIM card. What is a SIM card anyways?
And i also need a phone that could send picture/video messages.
 
Well it depends. The iPhone is a really great phone and i absolutely love it but the storm is great too. At most places you can get one and have a 3 day trail and if you don't like it you can go with another phone. A SIM card is basically a hard drive for your phone. It stores all you info and makes it easier to switch phones.
