Ive had my Blackberry Storm since November, and my phone is a piece of sh--. All it does is freeze, turn off, and mess up while texting. I got a software upgrade recently, and it has done nothing but made my texting a tiny bit better. I was wondering if they could replace this with a Tour or the New Curve? Thank You!
