Blackberry storm HELP/ Driving me crazy?

I've always imported my pictures and videos to my PC. All of a sudden I can no longer import my videos or my music. No longer gives me the option. I haven't had the chance to try on another PC so I don't know if it's my phone or my computer. But one day it was working fine and the next no longer. Being the fact I don't always lock my phone any of the settings could have changed in my pocket. I can see my music fine on my media card but no videos or pictures and it no longer give me the option to import no matter what I do. PLEAASE HELP
