So I have a storm and I went to check my texts and the screen was completely black. I had my friend call it and it can still receive calls and texts the little red light in the corner still blinks when i have something new. But i have a password and without seeing the keys I can't unlock it. I've tried taking the battery out at least a dozen times. I'm so sick of this phone I just want it to work. Help please.
