BlackBerry Storm bluetooth is not working?

It won't let me receive pictures via bluetooth.
I'm using my mom's LG vx9100 phone that's hooked up to MetroPCS.
She can't send picture messages.

When I'm using my phone, both devices pair up and sync.
I can send her stuff via bluetooth, but my Storm isn't letting me receive anything.

It's been a few months since I got it hooked up again under my dad's line.
We got that one 350 minutes / 500 texts plan under Verizon for my phone line.
My internet's failing too!

Sad face.
 
Not all phones are 100% compatible to do everything that bluetooth can do- due to different bluetooth profiles.. Your plan, texting, pic messages, etc have nothing to do with it, just FYI
