While I was in my friends car yesterday, I had just finished sending a tgext message when the phone reset itself (when the screen goes white then reboots). The problem is that when the phone powered up the screen did not load and there is only a dimly lit black screen. I can still call using the voice dialing, but my screen does not turn on. I am convinced its a software problem, but my insurance policy claims that if I need another replacement then I have to provide the money. I don't know if this applies if it is a software failure, however. Can someone please give me some guidance? Thanks in advance.
