I got it yesterday and it would freeze every now and then where you could only use the bottom buttons which was useless or else you'd have to take out the battery and it'd have to restart. Today I connected it to my computer and upgraded it to the latest version and after that it seemed faster and didn't freeze. But just now I was trying to put in some contacts and then it just froze again. It's really pissing me off that I have to keep taking out the battery plus I'm afraid if I do that too much it will get damaged! What can I do before I chuck this piece of crap across the room???
