Blackberry storm 9500 battery problems?

Fully charged when listning to music I get 2hours max and it dies when the battery shows 3bars left.and it restarts then battery empty.standby time is 7hours,I got 3batteries all do the same,my gps location is off,my message history is cleared.no applications auto update,my screen brightness on 50% I even got the magnetic pouch to put the phone on standby.and its not a phone or battery problem,I had them both tested.help?please
