BlackBerry service setup in Egypt?

Hey guys i recently got an BB and set up the service with mobinil. But i cant set up the email or bb messenger or search the web.
I was told i still need to set up some other connections through the internet

Can any 1 help me with that.

I searched the catalogue & the install CD nothing talks about that so am guessing its a local problem
