BLACKBERRY SERVICE BOOKS?

You need to log in to your BIS account and send the Service Books

Canada and US BIS:

http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/blackberry101/setup.jsp#tab_tab_email

Click on your provider, log in to your account and click Send Service Books

OR from your phone do this:

Homescreen - Setup icon - Email Settings - Log in to your account - Scroll to your e-mail account - Press the Menu Key - Select Service Books - Send Service Books

I deleted all the service books on my blackberry and cant use the internet,i know theres away to resend them using desktop manager but i have a MAC so the layout is different and im unsure.Could someone please help me?Thank u so much
