BLACKBERRY QUESTION ABOUT BBM?

As of right now I have a pay as you go account with Bell Mobility. However I plan on buying a SIM Card to put my account on, as well as buying an unlocked Blackberry Bold or Blackberry Tour. I'm wondering though, if I have a pay as you go SIM Card in my blackberry, will I still be able to use BBM? Or no?
