Blackberry phone - how to change the time on it?

I have a blackberry phone and the time is 1 hour behind. I am not a very technology / phone / technical sort of person and have tried to re - set the time myself, but got really lost.

Please can someone give me a step - by - step instructions on how to do this? E.g: Step 1: Go to main menu, etc etc
