blackberry phone help!!!?

i went snowboarding over this thanksgiving break and i had my BB8800 phone with me. i guess some snow melted thru my pocket and got to my phone. so it wasnt a lot. ever since then (which is bout 3-4 days) it's been goin haywire, sendin like 5 blank messages to my friends every minute and it's pissing me and them off. i tried to press the back button but it pressed random buttons. and at this moment, it is constantly pressing click on the roller ball thing and im not doin anythin to it. is there anythin i can do? is it too late to fix it? it's bein a pain in the ass right now and i'd rly rly appreciate it if u can help. thx
