I'm currently replacing my third Cingular/HTC 8125.
Not interested in the 8525 because it's just too big and the call quality, from what I've tested, doesn't seem much better than the 8125.
So... I'm looking at the Blackberry Pearl or the Blackjack.
My primary needs, outside of a qwerty keyboard, are call quality/batterylife and the webbrowser.
Push email isn't easily configured through my office, so the web browser is very important for accessing that service. We use squirrel mail in frames. With the 8125 I could resize the frame with the stylus. I'm concerned about the same issue on the Blackjack and Samsung. Of course I could explore POP, but the 8125 client had a nasty habit of deleting content from the server.
So... I'm at a loss for what to get...and I need to get something tomorrow. The 8125 is dead. Very.
Oh yeah...3g isn't really important since it's not in my primary service area... reception on the other hand is very important, but home is in a weak zone.
any input?
thx
