Blackberry Pearl Only Showing Current Day Mail

I have a user that the only thing that shows up in their inbox is the current days email and emails from when they registered the phone. Any ideas?

Do you know if the user has sms and call logs dissappearing too? Perhaps it's a memory leak.

First, check the easy thing -- go to Messages, open the menu, choose Options, then General Options, then "Keep Messages" and see what that setting is.

Sorry for the delay...I pulled the battery and it now works fine.
