Hey, I love my blackberry... been using it for years. It is in great shape. Although every now and then my call log just deletes itself and all SMS messages are deleted too (though emails stay). I googled this problem and it said the problem was my phone didnt have enough room. So I deleted many apps and things to make room. Then today I grab my phone and all of a sudden it happened again, all of my SMS messages and call log was erased, so I checked my phone and I have lots of free file space. Then I go to my address book and all of my contacts are gone ( I don't see them, just says *No Addresses*)
So I dialed out my friends number and when it starts ringing it reads the number like it is saved (says the name of my friend that im calling)... Any ideas how to get my address book back? and how to prevent this from happening?
I have turned it off and then on
