hi i have a blackberry pearl 8120 and i have a 507 error which i researched on google and it tolled me that i have no OS/software on my phone so im just wondering how do i put the software back on my phone...ive gone threw steps that i seen on google and it does not show what they say so i get lost and cant do it...so can i have someone please give me step by step on how to do it...and yes i have desktop manager and i do have the device software
