normally my bbm works perfectly fine, infact with most of my contacts, when I send them a bbm messages , the D ontop of the question mark appears, which means it got to them. Its takes no more than 3 seconds usually, and theres only contact that doesnt get bbm messages when shes on the phone, so then I understand. But I have the new blackberry 9780, and so does my other friend, who recently added me on bbm. Now to her, it takes like 2 minutes for the D to appear. I dont have a clue why?! is it her phone or mine? I'm so confused. and also when I add people it always says "pending authorization" and they never get added unless they add me first. Is that normal and what does that mean? HELP!
